This hands-on immersion program focuses on the independent retailer.  During this five-day class, 15 faculty members teach participants effective management skills to improve operations, financials, people performance and leadership.

The class brings together retailers from all over the world, providing a unique setting for sharing ideas, experiences and knowledge.  In a classroom setting and through group discussions, students learn as much from each other as from the faculty.

      The IGA Coca-Cola Institute has surpassed its 200,000 annual course enrollment mark!

      Between June 2010 and June 2011, enrollments in the Institute's 100 online courses have significantly increased.     • Class Location 

      The APAS Headquarters - São Paulo, Brazil

      Class Materials 

      A binder will provided on the first day with the agenda, presentations, and speakers' bios.  You will also receive a class directory and an IGA Coca-Cola Institute polo shirt.  Please leave room in your luggage for these class materials.

      Meals 

      During class, students will be served lunch and morning and afternoon snacks.

      Electronics 

      • Laptops: You can bring a laptop to class.  However, internet access will not be available.
      • Mobile Phones: During the class, cell phones must be turned off or set to silent.  If you must take a call, please quietly leave the classroom.
      • Cameras: Videos and photos during the sessions are strictly prohibited.

      Dress Code 

      The dress code is buisness casual. Jeans, shorts and t-shirts are not acceptable attire.  We recommend wearing layered clothing, because the classroom's temperatures may vary.
