Dan O'Leary, Director of Business Development, Kraft Foods

Dan O’Leary is a director of business development in the Cheese Business Unit at Kraft Foods.  In this role, O’Leary is responsible for introducing a series of new product innovations to customers, developing customer strategic plans and building new industry relationships.

Prior to his current role, O’Leary was responsible for managing the Philadelphia Cream Cheese business.  Notable accomplishments during his tenure at Philadelphia include the repositioning of the brand into a broader frame of reference, the launch of the Real Women of Philadelphia digital community and the introduction of Philadelphia Cooking Creme.

O’Leary earned an M.B.A. at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an honors degree in political science.
