How It Works

Register Store/Organization

Submit an online registration form with your store name, address, phone number, owner/manager name, and email. Your initial registration assigns managers to the online training and gives them access to training records. Within 24 hours of submitting your registration, a store code, usernames and passwords will be sent to you via email.

Register Associates

A store code is required to register students online. To register a student, you must have your store code, the student’s name, email (where their enrollment and completion notification will be sent), and a self-assigned username and password. Once registered, the student is ready to log on and start taking courses.

Access Courses

A registered student can log into the system and take courses any time, anywhere and from any computer with an Internet connection.

Get Certified

Once a student has completed a course and passed the post-test(s), he or she is certified. Certificates are available in the student gradebook and can be printed.
