Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and/or substituttions must be submitted in writing. Full refunds will be given to requests received by June 16th. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Substitutions will be given to requests received by July 3rd. No refunds will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received after 5:00 PM CST on July 3rd.
