The Alliance and the IGA Coca-Cola Institute are two separate entities. The IGA Coca-Cola Institute is a non-profit learning organization dedicated to serve the IGA community. If you register in the IGA Coca-Cola Institute site first, you WILL NOT need to register in the Alliance; because your Institute registration will also give you access to the Alliance site. However, if you registered in the Alliance first, you will need to do it again in the IGA Coca-Cola Institute site.

The courses you should take depend on your role/position and what your organization's training program has determined. We recommend all students should take at least the Welcome, Customer Service and Professionalism, and a third course related to their role or position.

How many courses should I take?

We encourage students to take as many courses as they can. The more they know about the business the better for the business and ultimately for their career and personal growth.

How many times can I take a course?

You can retake a course as many times as you need. Since courses are upgraded and updated frequently, you may consider taking those courses relevant to your role once a year. Also, every time you retake a course you will learn something new.

Can I drop a course?

Managers of the online training program have six different reports to help them manage their organization’s programs.

  1. 1-Click Report
The 1-Click Report tracks the course enrollments of the students in your organization. It shows the all the course enrollments of the past 12 months. This report is available only as an Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Registration Report
The Registration Report tracks the course enrollments of the students in your organization. Different from the 1-Click Report, it allows you to define a specific time period for the report, for example the first quarter (Jan 1 – Mar 31).
  3. Store Enrollment Report
The Store Enrollment Report tracks the course enrollments of the students in your organization. Different from the 1-Click Report and the Registration Report, it shows you all the course enrollments, starting from the date your organization was registered.
  4. Store Students Report
The Store Students Report tracks the information of all the students in your organization. It shows the store they belong to, their position, name, username, email, their language preference, status and the date when they were assigned to their position.
  5. Store Information Report
The Store Information Report shows the information of your organization’s hierarchy (headquarters, stores, positions).
  6. Student Test Details Report
The Student Test Details Report tracks the results for all the post-tests the student has taken. For each course enrollment, it shows the highest scored obtained in a post-test. A post-test listed multiple times indicates the student has taken a course more than once.
