Note: Customer Service and Professionalism I and II are new courses meant to replace the previous Customer Service and Professionalism.

With increased competition in today's supermarket industry, providing customer service is no longer an added benefit; it is a necessity. Consumers who are not satisfied with the service received can easily take their business elsewhere. They are buying more than just products. Consumers will often pay more, travel farther, and inconvenience themselves to do business with a company that appreciates them.
