Step 1 Register Store/Organization

Submit the online registration form with the store name, address, phone, owner/manager name, and email. Those registered at this time will be managers of the online training, which gives them access to the training records for those at their same level and below. Within 24 hours of submitting the registration, a store code and usernames and passwords will be sent via email.

Step 2 Register Associates

The store code is required to register students online. To register a student you must have the store code, their name, email (where enrollment and completion notification will be sent), self-assigned username and password. Once registered the student is ready to logon and start taking courses.

Step 3 Access Courses

A registered student can logon into the system and take courses any time, any where, from any computer with an Internet connection.

Step 4 Get Certified

Once a student has completed a course and passed the post-test(s), they get certified. Certificates are available in the student gradebook and can be printed.
