"For 2005, one of our goals is to have all of our department heads become certified in their respective department; it will also be a requirement in the review process for their annual review to have completed and become certified in the course for their department. We are in the process of posting the employee's certificates in our break room. Even for those employees who are not lifers, the certificate becomes a value added tool when they go on to another job. It also enhances their self-esteem and increases their knowledge in that field."
